Noissue was an idea to provide customizable print solutions to businesses that reflect their brand and value. It required a visually striking online store that helps users explore a huge product range, a higher level of customization, and a hassle-free purchasing experience.

Noissue needed to offer a range of payment options to their customers to accommodate various preferences and geographies. It also required specific shipping options to meet its customers’ needs, such as expedited shipping, international shipping, and package tracking.

Noissue offers a range of customizable and eco-friendly packaging options, including custom tissue paper, stickers, mailers, and more. The company uses materials that are biodegradable, compostable, and/or recyclable, and sources them from responsible suppliers.

A high level of customization

Clien’s previous store was built with Magento. Although Magento allows a rich level of customization and easy integrations, BigCommecre provides more choices and built-in tools to achieve Noissue’s business and sustainable goals. Our Team of experts migrated the store from Magento 1 to BigCommerce ensuring a smooth transition of all the data migration.

We implemented a headless solution on the front-end using NextJS, which is a React-based framework. We developed Frontend with the Headless solution by integrating the BigCommerce as backend. All the sales orders are managed in BigCommerce but the front-end is decoupled from the back-end(BigCommerce) using API.

Implementing BigCommerce wasn’t enough, it required a higher level of customization than what is offered by standard templates in BigCommerce. Our team customized Noissue storefront to match their brand’s style and aesthetics. It showcases products, features, reviews, and educational content with the best user experience.

We customized Noissue eStore beyond BigCommerce’s standard features. We created Homepage, PLP, and PDP with custom modules like customized menu, Product list & categorization, search, sort, and filter products.

Our team executed some useful integrations to emphasize Noissue’s sustainability initiatives like carbon offsetting, product sourcing information, and responsibly disposing of packaging after use.

Product Personalization

Noissue allows customers to customize their packaging with different colors, sizes, and designs. Customers can also personalize prints and packaging by uploading their brand logo, tagline, and other brand assets. This feature enabled Noissue to offer more product options while still maintaining a clean and simple storefront.

Multiple payment gateways and shipping options

We integrated a BigCommerce store with multiple payment gateways including Credit Card Processing, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.

Multiple shipping carrier integrations such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide their customers with accurate shipping rates and delivery time. This feature saves time and resources by automating their shipping process.

Data analytics and customer insights

We integrated Noissue website with a variety of tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Zendesk, which provide valuable insights into customer behavior and improve customer support.

Performance and sustainability

We integrated multiple third-party apps and plugins to enhance the functionality of their website. We ensure better performance with continuous updates and constant team support.
