The company knew that to stay ahead, it needed a fully integrated system that would allow it to quickly respond to customer inquiries, streamline operations, and enhance the overall customer experience. That’s why Flexitog turned to Atharva for solutions that would enable them to transform customer experience.
The client wanted to provide an exceptional customer experience as it was crucial for differentiation. With multiple websites to manage customers, vendors, and stock, the main issue was to handle stock levels across multiple warehouses and ensure a seamless sales flow with features such as payment gateways and shipping integration. Flexitog needed a fully integrated system that starts with pre-sales inquiry management, encompassing CRM, Sales, Inventory Management, RMA, and Accounting.
FlexiTog wanted to streamline reports and follow-up with their customers, such as identifying customers who haven’t purchase in a year or customers who haven’t bought products from a particular category. To achieve this, Flexitog wanted to automate the process of creating CRM leads based on past data and scheduling activities for different employees.
There was a need to improve the user experience and performance of FlexiTog web platforms to deliver a competitive edge. Our analysis found the requirements for convertible web pages, it’s relevancy to the customers, and a seamless checkout experience.
Flexitog recognized the need to respond better and faster to customer needs by introducing a mobile application that allows customers to manage automatic orders based on their budgets.
We implemented Odoo ERP to centralize all the data sources, modules, and created a fully integrated system that initiated pre-sales inquiries managed in CRM, Sales, Inventory Management, RMA, and Accounting.
To ensure success, we organized a strong implementation team of leaders from all areas of the company, beginning from sales to accounting to operations. This approach allowed for better communication and collaboration, ensuring that the implementation process went smoothly and met all requirements.
We enhanced CRM, Accounting, and other areas with more technical features such as automated lead creation based on past data, scheduled activities, and employee assignments.
With a high level of customization, we converted Odoo theme into an user-friendly and intuitive experience. It included user-centric designs, multiple integrations, advanced checkout flow, and many other technical features.
Based on the product types, we designed multiple product detail pages, providing a more detailed and technical view of the products. It helped the customers make informed decisions while purchasing products.
We introduced an advanced product detail page for Flexitog, enabling customers to add multiple variants of a product. In addition, we incorporated a unique feature that allows customers to set personalized messages for each variant.
Customers can easily upload their logos for customized products. We’ve also implemented third-party shipping integration that considers factors such as weight, products, and customer location, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free checkout experience.
Our team successfully implemented an innovative Upsell Product Purchasing Flow for Flexitog, enabling customers to make purchases based on Pack or Box Quantity.
We developed a bespoke module to streamline the product return process, enhancing user experience and simplifying the return flow management for the company.
We created a custom budget management module that allows FlexiTog Team to add monthly budgets and get reports based on income and expenses from accounting.
In order to drive customers to buy more products from FlexiTog, we implemented a Free Product feature. This allows customers to receive a free item with their purchase, increasing the value of their order and encouraging repeat business.
Our client could generate customized reports based on specific time frames with a dynamic reporting system. With this system, they can quickly and easily identify customers with no sales, outstanding balances, underperforming product categories, and more.
Our team integrated advanced features such as Trustpilot Integration, Custom Email Templates, Advanced Product Search, and Customer Reports, which improved the overall functionality of ERP and web platforms to serve customers better every day.
