Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit technical blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, landing pages, and product documentation for IT services.
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs for software products.
- Create SEO-friendly content optimized for search engines and targeted keywords.
- Research and stay updated on emerging IT trends, technologies, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and impactful content.
- Write compelling marketing copies, email newsletters, and social media posts related to IT solutions.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all content pieces.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy and technical clarity.
- Develop content strategies for thought leadership and lead generation in the IT industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical content writing for an IT company.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, cloud computing, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and SaaS-based solutions.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with technical documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, DITA, MadCap Flare) is a plus.
- Experience in using AI-powered content tools, Grammarly, Hemingway Editor, or similar writing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
