Responsibilities of Odoo Developer:

• Develop and customize odoo modules, and migrate data & code as per the requirements.
• Gathering all requirements and developing & customized the modules accordingly.
• Bug Fixing, performance optimization, and production support
• Ability to explore new Odoo technologies and upskill yourself by participating in the Odoo community, online forums, or relevant groups.
• Upgrade yourself or the team on the latest development tools, programming techniques, cloud services, and modern technical concepts to meet the company’s needs.
• Developing technical documentation of the Odoo projects to guide future development.

Skill Requirements of an Odoo Developer:

• Must have strong knowledge of JS, CSS, Odoo POS, Odoo Web, & Backend.
• Strong knowledge of Python and programming concepts.
• Complete understanding of Odoo’s basic flows and their functionalities.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience required in Odoo Development
• Knowledge of data models available in ODOO core.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in various modules like POS, web, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, etc.
